Collaborative, Purposeful, Curated

When Corinne started her family, she knew that her next chapter would need to be different.

With 14 years at Yabu Pushelberg under her belt — where she worked with some of the industry’s most creative designers as Head of Marketing and Business — Corinne was ready to carve her own path. She envisioned a next-gen studio where designers could feel creatively unleashed, yet unencumbered by the intense pressure of the industry.

With the inception of MAED Collective, Corinne built a thoughtful and purposeful studio where everyone would have a voice. Over time, her ambitious vision attracted a world-class team of multidisciplinary designers and artisans, all bound by a love for the craft and an unflinching optimism for the future of design.

Together, they are pushing the boundaries of sustainable and curated design solutions, helping commercial residential, workplace and hospitality industries realize the full potential of their spaces.

To this day, the Collective continues to reflect Corinne’s own personality and philosophy: compassionate and disciplined, yet obsessively strategic and efficient.

In the Spring of 2021, Huard was nominated by the Royal Bank of Canada for the 29th Annual RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award.

Corinne attended Carleton University with a dual Major in Political Science and Latin American Studies, and also holds a Diploma in Public Relations from Ottawa’s Algonquin College.
