Exchange District EX1

The Exchange District of Mississauga consists of four towers up to 72 storeys, home to modern condominium residences, a boutique hotel, office and commercial spaces, coveted retail, shopping, dining, lush parks and thoughtful public areas. We created all spaces to unify the community within: Driven by experience, socially aware and purposeful.

EX1 is a celebration of the strong architecture which frames the center of the space. The lobby stair is featured with a vertical puncture through the floor and connecting amenities above. The front desk doubles as a communal area, creating personalized interactions.

Forever inspired by wellness and sustainability, we took cues from traditional residential architecture to complement views of the outdoors. An “inner garden” in the lobby with a hanging tree feature represents our inherent connection to nature.
