Exchange District EXS

The Exchange District of Mississauga consists of four towers up to 72 storeys, home to modern condominium residences, a boutique hotel, office and commercial spaces, coveted retail, shopping, dining, lush parks and thoughtful public areas. We created all spaces to unify the community within: Driven by experience, socially aware and purposeful.

EXS is another community designed to be flexible in use and experience. We created opportunities to celebrate the community within the Exchange District neighbourhood both indoor and outdoor. EXS also offers added hospitality programing with short term stay units to be enjoyed by residents and guests alike.
